  • I specialize in coaching of executives and coaching/mentoring on a project delivery.
  • As a coach I cooperate with Center for Creative Leadership, and I am certified in their Coaching and Feedback facilitation methodology.
  • I use a various assessment and diagnostics tools, when it is needed, which I combine with tools the client is already using.
  • If relevant, I recommend using the mini 360-degree feedback prior to and at the end of the coaching for progress measurement. Mini 360 focuses on specific areas of the development/change.
  • I can provide coaching in Czech, English and Russian languages.
